Who?

8 - 12 Years old - Currently working on: Down to Bridge and Recover, Straight Handstands, bridge kickovers and walkovers, one handed cartwheels, flying cartwheels

 

Prerequisite:  Proficient Cartwheels, Pre-Handstands, Bridge with straight arms

13 + Years old - Currently working on: Hand balancing, walkovers (front and back), flying cartwheels, aerials and aerial progressions, roundoffs

 

Prerequisite: Proficient Cartwheels (two handed, one handed), curved handstands, inline bridge (shoulders over wrists), down to Bridge and Recover, bridge kick over

When?
July 24th - 27th, 2023

9:00am - 1:00pm - 8 - 12 years old

1:00pm - 5:00pm - 13+ years old
